Purchase terms and refunds

These terms govern the purchase of consulting hour bundles at e-labs.ai. By ticking the acceptance box during checkout you confirm you have read and accepted them.

A bundle of technical consulting hours (diagnosis, architecture, development or support) for the chosen package. Hours are deducted from your balance as sessions are delivered.

Prices are shown in euros. If VAT or another tax applies based on your country and tax status, it will be shown before completing the payment.

The bundle is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email with your hour balance and the payment reference.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement by replying to the confirmation email or via the contact form. Your remaining balance can be requested at any time through either channel.

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of payment, no justification needed, for any unused hours: the proportional amount is refunded via the original payment method.

Hours already consumed in delivered sessions are non-refundable. If no hours have been consumed when you request withdrawal, the refund is total.

To request a refund, write to us quoting the payment reference from your confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the request.
