2. What data we process and why

Contact form and product reports: name, email, company, role and the message you write, to answer your request and follow it up commercially.

Hour bundle purchases: email, name, company and the transaction details (amount, reference, date), to activate the bundle, send the confirmation and meet tax and accounting obligations. Payment is processed by the payment gateway; we do not store card data.

Ai Bri assistant: the text of the conversation, to generate the answer and improve the service. Do not type third parties' personal data or sensitive information into the chat.

Browsing: technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) needed to serve the site, protect it from abuse and limit the number of requests.

3. Legal basis

Your consent when you submit a form or use the assistant; performance of the contract for purchases; compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, tax); and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working properly.

4. Recipients and processors

Hosting and transactional email providers, the payment gateway (Stripe) and the artificial intelligence model providers that generate Ai Bri's answers (through OpenRouter) process data on the owner's behalf as processors. Some of them may be located outside the European Union; in that case transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Retention periods

Contact requests are kept while the relationship lasts and for a maximum of two years after the last contact. Purchase data, for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Ai Bri conversations, only as long as needed to provide the service. Technical logs, for a maximum of twelve months.

6. Your rights

You can access, rectify and erase your data, object to or restrict processing, request portability and withdraw consent at any time by writing to el@e-labs.ai. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses strictly necessary technical storage: the browser session keeps your Ai Bri conversation so it is not lost when you change page, and the admin panel uses a session cookie for authorised staff. That is why no cookie consent banner is shown.
